Wir suchen dich als Trainee (m/w/d) Project Management & Business Strategy für unser Headquarter in München.

Als Trainee (m/w/d) im Bereich Project Management & Business Strategy erwartet dich ein spannendes 18-monatiges Programm, in dem du vier zentrale Unternehmensbereiche erlebst. Dabei tauchst du tief in strategische Projekte ein, entwickelst wertvolle Skills, gestaltest aktiv die Zukunft von yoummday mit und findest gemeinsam mit uns den perfekten Schwerpunkt für deinen Karrierestart!

Was dich erwartet:
Du durchläufst zu Beginn des Traineeprogramms vier erfolgsrelevante Departments, das könnten bspw. sein:

Operationsmanagement und Operational Excellence: du bekommst tiefe Einblicke in eines unserer Kundenprojekte eines namenhaften Auftraggebers sowohl in operativer als auch in prozessualer Hinsicht
Talent Marketplace: du lernst die Arbeit in einem crossfunktionalen Team kennen und begleitest die prozessuale Steuerung und den Einsatz unserer selbstständig arbeitenden Talents
Product & Tech: du erhältst umfassende Einblicke in unsere Kommunikationsplattform und entwickelst innerhalb der Mitarbeit an Projekten Verständnis für Weiterentwicklungsbedarfe der Plattform
Strategy & Growth: arbeitest mit einem ambitionierten Team, das gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung die Zukunft unseres Unternehmens gestaltet. Hier bringst du deine Ideen ein, treibst strategische Projekte voran und hast echten Einfluss auf die Ausrichtung unserer Company – dynamisch, innovativ und mit spürbarem Impact!

Durch die direkte Einbindung in die jeweiligen Teams erhältst du einen umfassenden Einblick in die verschiedenen Projektabläufe und Prozesse innerhalb unseres Businessmodells.

Dein Skillset

Du hast erfolgreich deinen Bachelor oder Master an einer renommierten Hochschule absolviert und hast bereits Berufserfahrung innerhalb Praktika oder weiterer Tätigkeiten gesammelt
Du bist begeisterungsfähig, motiviert dich in unterschiedliche Unternehmensbereiche einzuarbeiten und bringst ein hohes Commitment an das Traineeprogramm und gegenüber yoummday mit
Du bist Teamplayer, hast Lust auf ein dynamisches Umfeld mit Startup Mentalität und hast sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch
Du hast Interesse an einer langfristigen Zusammenarbeit, bist reisebereit und bringst zudem verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse mit

Your mission

We are looking for you as a Trainee (m/f/d) in Project Management & Business Strategy for our headquarters in Munich.

As Trainee (m/f/d) in Project Management & Business Strategy, you will embark on an exciting 18-month program where you will experience four key business areas. You will dive deep into strategic projects, develop valuable skills, actively shape the future of yoummday, and work with us to find the perfect focus for your career start!

What to expect:

At the beginning of the trainee program, you will rotate through four key departments, which could include:

Operations Management & Operational Excellence: Gain deep insights into one of our customer projects for a renowned client, both from an operational and process perspective.
Talent Marketplace: Work in a cross-functional team and support the process management and deployment of our independent talents.
Product & Tech: Get a comprehensive understanding of our communication platform and, through project involvement, develop insights into its future development needs.
Strategy & Growth: Join an ambitious team working closely with the executive management to shape the company’s future. Here, you’ll contribute your ideas, drive strategic projects, and have a real impact on the company’s direction – dynamic, innovative, and with tangible influence!

By being directly involved in the respective teams, you will gain a deep understanding of various project workflows and processes within our business model.
As a fully integrated team member with your own project responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in the success of yoummday.

Your skillset

You have successfully completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at a renowned university and have already gained work experience through internships or other professional activities.
You are enthusiastic, motivated to immerse yourself in different business areas and bring a high level of commitment to the trainee program and to yoummday.
You are a team player, excited about a dynamic environment with a startup mentality, and possess strong analytical skills and a high standard of quality.
You are interested in a long-term collaboration, willing to travel and have business-fluent English and German skills.
