Intern (m/f/d) Recruiting & Employer Branding

München
Full or part-time
Intern / Student

Your mission

Would you like to do more than just learn about recruiting and actively help shape it from day one?
At yoummday, it is not only our team that is growing. We are also continuously developing our recruiting processes, system landscape and employer brand.
As an Intern (m/f/d) Recruiting & Employer Branding, you will work closely with our experienced recruiters and gain insights into the entire recruiting process of a scale-up. You will support us in our day-to-day recruiting activities, contribute your ideas to our employer branding and get involved in current and exciting projects.
Step by step, you will take on more responsibility and have the opportunity to drive your own focus project based on your interests and strengths.
What your tasks will be
  • Support our recruiting process: You will help us source candidates, screen applications, coordinate and participate in interviews and create a professional, positive and respectful candidate journey together with us.
  • Help shape our communication: You will contribute to writing and publishing job advertisements and work with us to develop content that genuinely resonates with our target audiences.
  • Show what makes yoummday a great employer: You will research relevant employer branding topics, prepare content for LinkedIn and our careers page and support us with further recruitment marketing activities.
  • Help develop our recruiting processes: As part of our Ashby rollout, you will test and help optimize workflows, contribute ideas to improve our candidate experience and support us in making our recruiting processes more structured, efficient and personal.
  • Take ownership of your own focus project: Depending on your interests and strengths, you can work on interview guides and hiring manager materials, recruiting reports or your own employer branding project.

Your skillset

  • Studies and availability: You are studying business administration, psychology, economics, social sciences, communications or a comparable subject. Alternatively, you are currently between your bachelor’s and master’s degree or in a career orientation phase. You are available for a full-time internship lasting 3 to 6 months, either as a mandatory internship or during a study transition or orientation phase.
  • Interest in recruiting and employer branding: You would like to understand how we attract the right candidates, design effective selection processes and strengthen yoummday’s visibility as an employer. Initial practical experience is helpful, but not required.
  • Communication and people skills: You enjoy connecting with people, communicate fluently in both German and English and have a good feel for professional and respectful communication.
  • Structure and initiative: You work carefully, stay organized when managing several tasks and are motivated to contribute and implement your own ideas.
  • Enthusiasm for tools and AI: You quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and are interested in modern, data-driven recruiting processes and how AI can support them.
You do not meet every requirement yet? No problem. What matters most to us is that you are curious, eager to take responsibility and motivated to learn together with us.

Your winning deal

  • Your responsibility: You will not simply support from the sidelines. You will actively help shape specific topics and can take ownership of a project that matches your interests.
  • Your development: You will receive structured onboarding, regular feedback and comprehensive insights into modern recruiting and employer branding.
  • Your team: You will work closely with experienced recruiting experts who are happy to share their knowledge and support you throughout your internship.
  • Your workplace: You will usually spend two to three days per week working with us at our modern and dog-friendly headquarters in Munich. On the remaining days, you can work remotely.
  • Your benefits: In addition to weekly pizza and snacks at the office, we offer a JobLunch subsidy of 4 x €6.90 per month, a subsidized Wellpass membership, discounts through Corporate Benefits and fantastic team and company events.
