We're looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) Strategy & AI Innovation to join our headquarters in Munich-Schwabing and become part of our cross-functional strategic task force. You'll work at the intersection of Strategy, AI, and Operations alongside AI Engineers, Product and Operations experts, and a former BCG consultant.

This is not your typical working student position. You'll analyze complex problems, develop solutions, test AI applications, and help turn ideas into real products. The concepts you work on won't end up in a drawer - they'll be prototyped, challenged, and directly influence leadership decisions.
What You'll Actually Do
  • Build AI products instead of just talking about them: Contribute to strategic AI initiatives such as our Talent Assistant and AutoQA 2.0 (AI-powered voice file analysis). Help transform early concepts into real product features and working prototypes using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Lovable.
  • Turn ideas into business decisions: Analyze complex business challenges, develop business cases, and create decision-making materials for our Leadership Team. Your analyses will directly influence which AI initiatives move forward.
  • Give AI the structure it needs: Large language models are only as good as the data behind them. You'll help build competency frameworks, evaluation logic, and training data that make our AI systems smarter - not by labeling data, but by helping define what should be evaluated in the first place. 
  • Own projects from day one: Take responsibility for your own topics - from initial analysis to the first prototype. Whether it's a new AI use case, an automation opportunity, a workflow redesign, or an entirely new solution, you'll own the process. The topics change. The level of ownership doesn't.
  • Work where the biggest impact is: Support our team wherever the most exciting strategic challenges emerge. Expect variety, speed, and visible business impact.
Why This Role Will Accelerate Your Growth

If you're genuinely passionate about AI, you'll learn much more than how to use the latest tools. You'll experience how ideas become products, how AI is successfully integrated into business processes, how executive-level recommendations are developed, and how complex problems are structured into measurable business impact.
You'll work closely with a former BCG consultant, AI Engineers, and Product experts while constantly moving between strategy, product development, and AI.
Our last working student joined us full-time as a Trainee afterwards - not because we promise it, but because she had already taken on real ownership during her time with us.

Your skillset

  • Academic background:  You're currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, and you've already gained some practical experience.
  • You're genuinely excited about AI: You don't need to know how to build software - but you actively explore AI on your own. Maybe you use Claude or ChatGPT every day, have experimented with Lovable or Cursor, or regularly find yourself thinking: "There has to be a way to automate this." That's exactly the curiosity we're looking for.
  • Skills: You can structure complex topics clearly and use PowerPoint and Excel confidently to create compelling management presentations and business cases.
  • Mindset: You don't wait for someone to tell you what to do next. You enjoy diving into new topics, think entrepreneurially, and are driven to build solutions - not just complete tasks.
  • Languages: You communicate and present confidently in both German and English - and, of course, bring a healthy sense of humor.
  • Availability: You're available to work 16–20 hours per week during the semester from our Munich headquarters. During semester breaks, you're happy to increase your hours, potentially up to full-time.
