We're looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) Strategic Sales & Marketing to join our headquarters in Munich. You'll support our Sales and Marketing team as a true all-rounder, from customer research and pitch materials to campaign content. This isn't back-office support. Your slides will be presented in weekly meetings, your content will go live, and your research will influence real business decisions.
What you'll actually do
- Build customer and market understanding: You'll research customer challenges, market trends, and competitors to provide the foundation for winning pitches and strategic decisions. This isn't research for the sake of research. Your work will directly support the team's success.
- Create pitches that win: You'll contribute to presentations, business cases, and strategic concepts that are presented in real customer meetings.
- Leave your mark on our content: You'll help develop materials for Sales and Marketing campaigns, from website copy to campaign assets, making sure every piece supports a compelling commercial story.
- Own projects from start to finish: Depending on the team's priorities, you'll independently take ownership of end-to-end projects. This could include redesigning our case study library, building a competitive research deck for a new target market, developing a content strategy for a campaign, or preparing responses to complex RFPs. The projects may change, but one thing won't: you'll own outcomes, not just tasks.
- Support where it matters most: You'll jump into the team's highest-priority initiatives. The topics will vary in complexity, but your contribution will always have visible impact.
You won't just learn theory. You'll learn the craft of understanding customers, building compelling arguments, and turning research into clear recommendations. We'll give you the tools and support to get started, then trust you to take ownership. You don't need a consulting background. If you're smart, curious, learn quickly, and enjoy taking responsibility, you'll thrive in this role.
