Wokring Student (m/f/d) Strategic Sales & Consulting

München
Part-time
Intern / Student

Your mission

A $400 billion market. A profitable scale-up that's reshaping it. And you right in the middle of it. Not watching from the sidelines, but helping build real deliverables.
We're looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) Strategic Sales & Consulting to join our headquarters in Munich. You'll work directly with our Sales and Marketing team and alongside a former strategy consultant who knows how to turn ambiguity into clear recommendations.

Your mission: break down complex customer challenges, build compelling pitches, and create materials that are actually presented to clients and senior leadership. No back-office support work. Your slides will be presented in weekly leadership meetings, and your research will directly influence business decisions.
What you'll actually do
  • Diagnosis instead of guesswork: You'll analyze customer challenges, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to build the foundation for winning pitches and go-to-market decisions. This is not research for research's sake. Your work drives real business outcomes.
  • Executive ready pitch materials: You'll contribute to business cases, strategic concepts, and presentation decks that are used in client meetings and internal executive reviews.
  • Leave your mark on our content: You'll help create strategic sales and marketing materials, from website messaging to campaign assets, ensuring every piece supports a compelling commercial story.
  • Own projects from start to finish: Depending on the team's priorities, you'll independently lead projects end to end. This could mean redesigning our case study library, creating a competitive research deck for a new target market, developing a content strategy for a campaign, or preparing responses to complex RFPs. The projects may change, but one thing won't: you'll own outcomes, not just tasks.
  • Support where it matters most: You'll jump into high priority initiatives across the team. The topics will vary in complexity, but your contribution will always have visible impact.
Why this role is exciting if you're considering consulting
Structured thinking under uncertainty, data driven storytelling, and executive communication under time pressure are exactly the skills that top consulting firms look for. The difference? Here, you'll develop them by solving real customer challenges, not textbook case studies. Our last intern in this role went on to join BCG. That wasn't a coincidence. It was the natural outcome of the experience and responsibility they gained here.

Your skillset

  • Academic background: You're currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Management, or a comparable field.
  • Relevant experience: Exposure to strategy consulting, corporate strategy, solution engineering, or similar environments is a plus, but not required. What matters most is your ability to quickly understand complex topics and draw sound conclusions.
  • Skills: You know how to build structured, persuasive PowerPoint presentations and feel comfortable working with complex Excel models, including business case analyses.
  • Mindset: You think like an owner, take responsibility without being asked, and approach challenges with a solution oriented and consultative mindset. You see ambiguity as an opportunity rather than an obstacle.
  • Languages: You're fluent in both German and English and can communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Working conditions: You're available to work 16 to 20 hours per week during the semester from our Munich headquarters. During semester breaks, there's the opportunity to increase your hours up to full time.

Your winning deal

  • Your opportunity: From day one, you'll take ownership, contribute to strategic initiatives, and work closely with a former strategy consultant and an experienced Sales and Marketing team. Together, you'll help shape the future of our business while accelerating your own professional development.
  • Benefits: Weekly pizza and snacks, a €69 monthly meal allowance, discounts through Corporate Benefits, and regular team and company events.
  • Work environment: A flexible hybrid working model in one of our modern, dog friendly offices in Munich.
  • Your impact: A role in a profitable company where you'll have the freedom and trust to make a real difference while helping shape the future of work.
  • Our culture: An open, authentic culture and a high performing team with a great sense of humor that's excited to make bold decisions and build the future together.
