As Talent Acquisition Manager & Employer Branding Specialist, you guide our future Daymakers through the full recruiting lifecycle. With your authentic approach, you win talent for our vision and act as a strong brand ambassador externally.
You take full ownership of your roles. You bring structure and process discipline to your funnel - and the ambition to actively shape our employer brand alongside it. Recruiting is the core. Employer Branding is the development path we'll build together. You know what it takes to connect both: consistent ATS hygiene, a strong candidate journey, and the instinct for what makes an employer brand genuinely believable.
What You'll Own
Full-Cycle Recruiting & Sourcing
- End-to-end ownership. You manage your hiring processes independently across all departments and locations - from briefing session to offer close, including channel strategy, screening, and stakeholder sparring.
- More than execution. You don't just manage process - you think alongside it. Your input on candidate profiles, job descriptions, and interview design gets heard and implemented directly.
- Bias for action in sourcing. You go after talent proactively, think creatively across channels, and win candidates through outreach that actually feels individual.
- Scalable process discipline. You keep your pipeline and candidate journey clean - ensuring the funnel stays stable and transparent even at high velocity.
- Instinct for what works. You identify which EB initiatives genuinely fit our culture, position yourself as a credible brand ambassador on LinkedIn, and know how to build real reach through authentic content.
- Shape with perspective. You drive ideas for how yoummday shows up and is authentically positioned - taking on progressively more strategic responsibility for building our employer brand.
- Candidate experience as a brand signal. You understand that every candidate interaction is a touchpoint with our employer brand, and you design the candidate journey to reflect that.
