  • AI-driven Pipeline Management & Forecasting: You enhance pipeline quality and forecast accuracy using AI-based analyses (e.g., risk scoring) and ensure clean, reliable forecasting standards.
  • AI Enablement for Sales Processes: You translate AI use cases along the sales cycle into playbooks, guidelines, and training - ensuring adoption and measurable impact.
  • Performance Analysis & Insights: You analyze sales performance across the funnel, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and derive actionable recommendations for management.
  • Sales Planning & Steering Models: You support target setting, quota planning, and territory, capacity, and coverage models, and develop data-driven scenarios for growth and resource allocation.
  • Management Support & Finance Interface: You prepare QBRs, reviews, and management meetings, and work closely with Finance & Controlling on forecasts, as well as the design, maintenance, and calculation of commission and bonus models.

  • Sales Operations / Revenue Operations Experience: You have experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Controlling and understand sales management and steering logic.
  • Analytical & Commercial Thinking: You possess a strong numerical and business acumen and are able to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • CRM, BI & Tool Expertise: You are proficient in working with CRM and BI systems as well as reporting and automation tools, ideally including HubSpot.

  • Structured Approach & Problem-Solving Skills: You work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way and enjoy systematically improving performance.
  • Stakeholder Management: You communicate confidently with Sales, Management, and Finance and act as a reliable partner on equal footing.
  • Change Management & Operational Excellence: You have experience in implementing new processes and systems and bring a strong commitment to data quality, governance, and clean structures.
  • Data Storytelling: You are not only able to analyze data but also present and communicate it clearly and persuasively to support decision-making.
