The global CX outsourcing market exceeds USD 400 billion, and we are currently at €100 million. Our ambition is clear—we want to scale significantly, and we are right in the middle of an expansion phase, including opening a new office in Miami.

While traditional BPOs (Business Process Outsourcing) rely on rigid structures and offshore call centers, we at yoummday have built a fundamentally different, innovative model: a technology-driven platform that combines AI-powered automation with a global network of highly skilled freelance CX professionals.


With more than 150 clients worldwide and profitable growth in the European market, we are now intensifying our focus on the U.S. market while systematically expanding our Large Enterprise segment. To achieve this, we are looking for you to lead our Large Enterprise team—someone who will independently build this business area and help shape our next phase of growth.


As VP Sales Large Enterprise (m/f/d), you will be responsible for scaling a strategic business unit. You will work directly with our Co-CEO and founder, Klaus Harisch, and have full ownership to scale your team, build new processes, and actively drive growth in the Large Enterprise segment from the ground up.
  • Strategy & Execution: You will take full ownership of enterprise sales—from market strategy and pipeline development to closing deals. You will define how we win in the enterprise segment.
  • Network & New Business Development: You bring a strong C-level network and leverage it to open doors, win RFPs, and acquire new clients. At the same time, you will systematically develop new target accounts through data-driven, trigger-based prospecting.
  • Team, Leadership & P&L: You will start with an existing core team, deliver initial traction, and then scale strategically. You lead through clarity, development, and results—managing your area with clear KPIs, pipeline metrics, and revenue targets.
  • C-Level Positioning: You engage and convince at the executive level through insightful consulting and measurable business impact, positioning yoummday as a strategic partner.
  • Cross-Functional Impact: You will work closely with Product & Tech, Marketing, and Operations. Your market and customer insights will directly inform the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

Your skillset

  • Enterprise Sales Track Record: Several years of experience in enterprise sales with a proven track record of acquiring new clients ranging from large mid-sized companies to global enterprises. You have independently developed and closed deals—from initial contact to long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Builder Mindset: You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You are driven to build and shape things, and have demonstrated your ability to generate early traction and deliver results quickly.
  • Network & Market Understanding: Ideally, you bring an active network at the C-level and decision-maker level. You understand the dynamics of the CX, BPO, or SaaS markets and have a strong affinity for technology-driven and AI-based solutions.
  • Leadership Experience: You have built teams, established scalable sales processes, and fostered a culture where people can perform at their best.
  • Personality & Presence: Confident presence at the executive level, strong business acumen, charismatic, and able to engage as an equal. Fluent in German and English, with strong negotiation skills.
