The global CX outsourcing market is worth over $400 billion. yoummday has built a disruptive model to transform it: a technology-driven platform that combines AI automation with a global network of highly skilled freelance CX professionals. With €100M in revenue, 150 customers worldwide, and a new office in Miami, we are just at the beginning of what’s possible in the Large Enterprise segment.

As VP Enterprise New Business at our headquarters in Munich, you take full ownership of building this segment. You work directly with Co-CEO and founder Klaus Harisch – short decision-making paths, real skin in the game, and the opportunity to actively drive yoummday forward.

The Large Enterprise segment at yoummday is still being built. There are no ready-made structures, no established processes, and no playbooks to simply pick up and run with. What you’ll find is a working product, a clear market, first proof points in Travel, Telco and Energy, and a team that is already gaining momentum. What you bring is the ability to build something systematic from that: to set priorities before all the questions are answered, and to follow through even when the path only reveals itself as you walk it. Those who thrive in environments like this will find a lot to love here.

You come from strategy consulting and know how decisions are really made in large organizations – not on paper, but in the conversations that happen before. Or you have learned Large Enterprise Sales from the ground up and proven yourself in long, complex cycles. The question is not whether you can do this. The question is: are you ready to finally do it for yourself?

  • Visibility & Outreach. You manage the operational outreach stream with your BDR and AE, while ensuring yoummday is present with the right decision-makers long before a concrete need arises. Through targeted presence on relevant stages, your personal network and thought leadership, you position yoummday as the first choice when a trigger event occurs.
  • Trigger Event Engine. With your personal trigger event engine, you are always one step ahead of the market. You spot signals long before they become obvious – from expiring contracts and C-level changes to M&A scenarios. You also keep a close eye on global trends such as nearshoring, geopolitical instability, or ESG requirements facing traditional providers. Smart tools and AI agents support you in scaling this monitoring – so your timing is always perfect.
  • RFX & Competitive Bids. You and your team decide which tenders you pursue and which you don’t. What sets you apart: you are in conversation with the right stakeholders long before the formal process begins, you understand their requirements and internal dynamics, and you are well-positioned when the RFP arrives. You take the lead in steering these processes.
  • Team & Leadership. You take over a team that is already gaining momentum: a team lead with an MBB background who owns RFX processes, and a BDR actively in the field. An AE and an additional BDR are in the pipeline. You set the direction, define clear priorities, and create an environment in which the team grows and gets better.

Your skillset

  • Strategic background. 4-5 years at a top-tier consulting firm, with a focus on transformation and digitalization projects for large enterprise clients. Or comparable enterprise sales experience with complex deals, long cycles, and C-level decision-making. In either case, you know how decisions are really made inside large organizations.
  • Network & Access. You ideally bring a strong network at decision-maker level, preferably in Retail, E-Commerce, Travel, Telco or Financial Services, and you actively continue to build it. You know how to turn a conversation on the sidelines of a conference into a relationship that later enables a deal.
  • Ownership & Builder Mentality. You want to build something, not manage it. You take end-to-end responsibility and deliver, even when the framework isn’t fully in place yet.
  • Communication & Trust. Deals and team performance are built on trust. You are someone people enjoy working with because you listen, communicate clearly, and say what you mean. You know what you’re capable of and don’t need to prove it. That goes for internal as much as external.
  • Structured Thinking. You combine analytical sharpness with the ability to think quickly outside established processes, and you use state-of-the-art tools and AI to act more precisely and faster than the competition.
  • Languages. Fluent in German and English, in the boardroom as well as in informal conversation.
