As an Enterprise Business Development Manager (BDR - Focus Hunting) (m/f/d) New Business at our headquarters in Munich, you are our door opener for international enterprise clients. Companies such as Telekom, Telefónica, and Lufthansa demonstrate the level at which we already collaborate with global corporations.
Your Mission
- Entrepreneurial Market Building: You open up new markets for our platform, identify strategic challenges faced by large enterprises, and position our technology as an innovative solution for scalable customer experience operations.
- Enterprise Account Penetration: You identify strategic large enterprise accounts in the DACH market and dive deep into their organization, business strategy, and CX challenges to gain targeted access to key decision-makers in international corporations.
- Account-Based Opportunity Creation: Using structured account-based marketing approaches, targeted outreach, social selling, and personal networking, you engage international enterprise companies and develop high-quality initial conversations at senior and C-level.
- Complex Enterprise Sales Cycles: You manage long, complex sales cycles with high deal volumes (typically > €1 million annual revenue) in a 100% greenfield environment.
- Strategic Deal Collaboration: As opportunities emerge, you work closely with our Strategic Sales colleagues to further develop complex deals in a structured way and turn international enterprise clients into long-term partnerships.
