As a Sales Manager (Large Enterprise) (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for winning strategic enterprise clients: you will build relationships at the executive level, pursue new opportunities, manage complex deals from the initial contact to closing, and ensure real, long-term value. You will position yoummday as the preferred partner for innovative outsourcing and CX solutions.
- Goal of the Position: You generate revenue in the enterprise segment, actively build your pipeline, close deals, and directly contribute to the global success of yoummday.
Hunter Mentality for Key Accounts: You chase new opportunities in strategic, named accounts, build your pipeline through multiple channels, and leverage executive briefings, industry events, and creative approaches to unlock new opportunities. - Strategic Relationship Building: You serve as the main point of contact at all levels – from operations and procurement to C-level executives. You develop account strategies, foster long-term partnerships, and ensure yoummday’s position as a trusted advisor in complex organizations.
- Voice of the Customer & Account Leadership: You deeply understand your clients’ business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and influence internal product, operations, and sales decisions to maximize customer outcomes.
- Negotiation & Deal Execution: You lead complex international contracts involving multiple stakeholders, structure deals together with legal, finance, and operations, and ensure smooth transitions from pilot projects to ongoing operations.
- Strategic Thinking & Decision-Making: You have a detailed understanding of your clients’ business challenges and think solution-oriented. You leverage your experience in ABM, identify new opportunities, warm up cold contacts, and scale potential. You act as the “Voice of the Customer” and actively influence product, operations, and sales decisions.
