Deine Mission

Wir suchen ab sofort dich als Workforce Manager (m/w/d) in unserem Headquarter in München, in Berlin oder Halle in einem hybriden Modell oder auch deutschlandweit.

Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen unseren namhaften Auftraggeber:innen sowie unserem Operationsteam und verantwortest dabei die ideale Aussteuerung der Einsatzplanung für unsere Talents
Du stellst durch deine Forecasts die Einhaltung der definierten KPIs sicher, ermittelst kurzfristige Über- sowie Unterbesetzungen und steuerst eigenständig Maßnahmen zur Optimierung aus
Du übernimmst die projektinterne Kommunikation zur Ressourcenplanung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Teamleads, Trainer:innen und Quality Analyst:innen
Du erstellst aussagekräftige Forecasts sowie Reportings, verantwortest die Ursachenanalysen bei Abweichungen, leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab und erwirkst die erforderlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
Du behältst jederzeit den Überblick über deine Dashboards sowie Performanceanalysen und sicherst somit für alle Beteiligten einen reibungslosen Projektablauf

Dein Skillset

Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und verfügst über Erfahrung im Workforce Management oder der Personaleinsatzplanung
Du konntest bereits Erfahrung im Contact Center Umfeld sammeln
Du kennst sowohl die Bedürfnisse von Auftraggeber:innen als auch Contact Center Agents und bist in der Lage auf Augenhöhe mit beiden Parteien zu agieren sowie ein Projekt im Sinne aller Beteiligten professionell zu steuern
Du bist Excel-Profi, verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, denkst unternehmerisch und bist in der Lage deine Ergebnisse klar zu visualisieren
Du hast einen hohen Anspruch an Qualität, agierst gewissenhaft sowie strukturiert und kannst dich flexibel auf sich ändernde Situationen einstellen
Du kommunizierst souverän und auf Augenhöhe mit allen Stakeholder:innen (auf deutsch), kannst deine Argumente diplomatisch vertreten und überzeugst durch eine gesunde Portion Humor
