- Process & Document Management: Support the development, implementation, and communication of business processes, ensuring they align with company goals and legal standards. Create, review, and revise documents (emails, reports, proposals, presentations) to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Employee Support & Communication: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, accounting, and more. Ensure smooth communication between executives, managers, staff, and external partners.
- Event & Training Coordination: Organize company events, from meetings to large conferences, and coordinate subcontractor training programs, including logistics, materials, and feedback.
- Executive & Legal Support: Provide calendar management, travel arrangements, and legal support, maintaining confidentiality and discretion with sensitive documents.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, from creating job postings and screening applications to coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees.
- System & Payroll Management: Maintain and update HR and payroll systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and assisting with payroll clarification in collaboration with the People & Culture and accounting teams.
