Your mission
As Operations Manager-dutch speaking (m/f/d) you will take responsibility for a customer service project of a Dutch client in the telco sector both operationally and strategically and will lead up to 5 team leads (freelancers) with up to 25 team memeber(freelancers) below them. For this position we are looking for you if you are willing to travel to the Netherlands and Munich from time to time (depending on the client's request) and preferably live in Prague or any of our German locations.
- Project management & account management: You act as the contact person for our clients. Together with your teams, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategic projects that are in line with our clients' objectives.
- Analytical mindset:You analyze figures and data to optimize the status quo and derive decisions from this, identify new opportunities and are responsible for ensuring that resources and the budget of your projects are used optimally.
- Leadership & sales know-how: You are responsible for recruiting new team leads (freelancers) for your projects. Through regular feedback sessions and coaching, you empower and motivate your employees every day to perform strongly and enjoy their work. Thanks to your own expertise in sales, you successfully coach your teams in this area and pass on your knowledge.
- Stakeholder management: You will work closely with your stakeholders to find solutions that improve the project performance of your teams. By proactively sharing best practices within Operations, you will help us improve as a company
- Innovation & Technology: You constantly monitor trends in AI and technology and integrate innovative solutions into the projects you are responsible for. You drive the success of your teams and your clients with new tools and strategies.
