Operational Excellence and Strategy Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission
We are looking for you as Operational Excellence and Strategy Manager (m/f/d) in our new office in Miami, Florida.  
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously analyze and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and quality across the yoummday value chain to drive operational excellence.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage in-depth data analysis to make informed decisions, ensuring all actions are based on data-driven insights.
  • Change Management: Foster a culture of change and continuous improvement within the operations organization by actively driving transformation and ensuring buy-in at all levels.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with the Operations leadership team, present results at C-level and, when necessary, to external clients to collaboratively develop and implement defined initiatives.
Your skillset
  • You hold a university degree and have several years of professional experience in a consulting environment or a dynamic scale-up, with a focus on operations, industrial goods, tech, or digital.
  • You enjoy making decisions, have the courage to manage and coordinate complex tasks and diverse teams, and are proactive in exploring new paths.
  • You have a high standard of quality, work conscientiously and in a structured manner, are flexible, and embrace the fail-fast principle.
  • You possess excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and are fluent in English.
  • You have a confident and self-assured presence—and, of course, a healthy sense of humor
