Deine Mission

Wir suchen wir ab sofort dich als Bilanzbuchhalter/Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d) für unser Berliner Team vor Ort in Berlin.

Als Bilanzbuchhalter/Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d) spielst du eine wichtige Rolle in unserem Finance-Team und unterstützt das Team bei diversen Aufgaben rund um die Themen Prozessoptimierungen und etwaige Abschlüsse und Buchungen nach HGB.

Eigenverantwortliches Finanzmanagement: Du erstellst eigenständig die Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und bereitest den Konzernabschluss vor
Ganzheitliche Buchhaltungsprozesse: Du bist verantwortlich für die Erfassung und Buchung sämtlicher Geschäftsvorfälle unter Beachtung der umsatzsteuerlichen Besonderheiten inklusive der Intercompany-Abstimmungen
Compliance & Steuerkonformität: Du veranlasst die Abgabe der Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen, zusammenfassenden Meldungen sowie statistischen Meldungen
Proaktive Prozessoptimierung: Du bringst dich bei Sonderprojekten und Optimierungsprozessen im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit ein
Zahlenjongleur: Du managst Ad-hoc-Analysen und verantwortest die Erstellung und Durchführung von Zahlläufen

Dein Skillset

Ausbildung: Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bilanzbuchhalter:in oder Steuerfachangestellte:r und/oder eine Weiterbildung in diesen Bereichen oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
Relevante Berufserfahrung: Du bringst mehrjährige, fundierte und qualifizierte Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung (bestenfalls aus einem Start Up oder Scale Up), insbesondere in der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals-, und Jahresabschlüssen (Fast Close), mit
Tools-Skills: Du verfügst über einen sicheren Umgang mit DATEV Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen und MS Office (insbesondere Excel) sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse
Hands-On Mentality: Du übernimmst gerne Eigenverantwortung für deinen Bereich, arbeitest ebenso gerne im Team und bringst eine gesunde Portion Humor mit

Your mission

We are currently looking for a Certified Accountant/Tax Clerk (m/f/d) to join our team on-site in Berlin.

As a Certified Accountant/Tax Clerk (m/f/d), you will play an important role in our finance team and support us with various tasks related to process optimization, as well as preparing financial statements and bookings in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB).

Independent Financial Management: You will independently prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and assist in preparing the consolidated financial statements.
Comprehensive Accounting Processes: You will be responsible for recording and posting all business transactions, taking into account VAT regulations, including intercompany reconciliations.
Compliance & Tax Conformity: You will handle the submission of VAT returns, EC sales lists, and statistical reports.
Proactive Process Optimization: You will actively contribute to special projects and optimization processes in finance and accounting.
Number Cruncher: You will manage ad-hoc analyses and be responsible for creating and executing payment runs.

Your skillset

Education: You have completed training as a certified accountant or tax clerk and/or have pursued further education in these areas or possess comparable qualifications.
Relevant Professional Experience: You bring several years of solid and qualified experience in financial accounting (ideally from a startup or scale-up), particularly in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Fast Close).
Tool Skills: You are confident in using DATEV Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen and MS Office (especially Excel), and you have excellent German and ideally good English skills.
Hands-On Mentality: You enjoy taking ownership of your area of responsibility, like working in a team, and bring a good sense of humor.
